Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get started?

Fill out the contact form on our website, and we will reach out to you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. During that call, we can see if we are a good fit to work together.

How long do clients normally come to therapy?

The length of therapy varies person to person and depends on the goals that you will establish with the therapist’s help. We are able to offer long-term care as well as shorter-term therapy focused on specific areas of concern.

How much does therapy cost?

To see a master’s-level clinician, a 50-minute session fee is $150 for individual therapy and $175 for couples therapy. To see our licensed psychologist, a 50-minute session fee is $300 for individual therapy and $325 for couples therapy. Some clients are able to use FSA/HSA accounts and can also get out-of-network coverage if their insurance provides that. You should contact your insurance company to see if you receive out-of-network benefits for mental health therapy. We can provide you with a superbill to use when you seek reimbursement from your insurance company.

Do I need to be Christian to become a client?

We are all Christian clinicians who seek to integrate the best of psychology within a Christian worldview. However, you do not need to be a Christian to become a client. We are happy and willing to see anyone who struggles with problematic sexual behavior and wants to find freedom. We are client-centered in that we do our best to honor the worldview that clients bring and respect their values.

Do you have in-person and telehealth sessions?

We believe that in-person relationships are essential for healing. As a result, we prioritize meeting in person for therapy, especially at the beginning of the therapeutic relationship. However, if you live in Massachusetts or New Hampshire and can only do telehealth, please reach out and we will see how we can accommodate you.
